Lincoln works with Sucre to get back Scylla, self kills the conduit and meets with the buyer, who was planning to kill Self and Gretchen but Sucre and Lincoln find them and takes them to the Company custody, but Scylla was not there, she was gone. Michael gets his surgery done and had a vision of Charles Westmoreland and he discovers what actually Scylla is. After the success of surgery, Michael tells Sara that he thinks Scylla is a kind of formula to tackle the full solar energy. Mahone somehow manages to escape from Lang and Wheeler. Michael comes to know that not only Lincoln work for the company but his mother also did.
